Title: Nunchaku Tying Guide (5 ways right now)
Post by: jmvicuna on February 18, 2010, 05:07:39 AM
With the help of youtube, I'm creating this guide with different tying methods for your nunchaku. Right now it has 2 methods (you can click in the video's links, and it will redirect you there), another method is being uploaded right now, and I have 2 more in my to-do list   5 methods right now  :thumb:

I hope you like it!  :thumb:

Nunchaku Tying Guide: Single String

Nunchaku Tying Guide: Double String

Nunchaku Tying Guide: Triple String

Nunchaku Tying Guide: Four String

Nunchaku Tying Guide: Airport Loop

In some places like here in Chile, carry a nunchaku is illegal, i think for this the airport loop tying method is perferct... I like the double string method.

Great Jm  :thumb:

I can't see it.

Can you download it to your computer, and then reupload it into imageshak or something like that?

Thank you, very useful.
About the knots for double-string and 4-string, I recommend using fisherman's knot instead of square knot.
Square knot might slip.

5 tie no knots, 6 tie knot in end [sunoku and yellowheart], double loop with one knot and a funky braid that I redid shortly after the shot

Your chucks taper from round out to octagon? that's really cool! Do you make them yourself?

Yes sir, as far as I can tell the only noticeable improvement in chucks in............ well a long time.  I call it octa-round. Those are the chucks Levi won the second time with.
