Title: Very Nice, Simple & Great Working Aluminum Nunchaku Method
Post by: seriousnunchaku on September 18, 2012, 02:59:43 AM
This is how my friends and I are making nunchaku. It's very easy, no knots sticking out or drilling. Little hardware, no tape, no bolts, very pro looking!

You can also use wider tubes with a longer rope, or a chain secured under glued end caps to make Korean nunchaku very well, almost exact to them!

I hope this helps you guys make nunchaku easier!  :2thumbsup:

They look great, but erm... won't those tubes come flying off if you start spinning them? Are the caps the only things holding the rope to the tube?

Great point out, yes. If you get properly fitted caps, the aluminum is so light that it stays put 100%, especially with short cords. However, as the video says you can super glue the caps on too.
