In Freestlye Nunchucks spin is the same with roll....but in Chinese Nunchucks style roll and spin is different style   

Has, or can anyone break down what moves one needs to know in order to put it all together? This is an awesome video but a lot to take in at once, trying to get more bite size pieces.
