Has anybody had problems with neon huskies?

hey guys. I've oredered a set of glowchux from neon husky on the 28th december and theyve not come! We(me & my dad) have contacted them and theyve given us a tracking code. this code doesnt work

has anybody had this problem with neon huskies?

I have a pair.  They came right away.  Maybe they have an x-mas backlog.
The only problem I have with them is they are expensive and break too easy.  They do look cool though.

All of my dealings with Neon Husky have been very good and their products are great. I have their Street light poi nad Quantum leashes.

the chux are a decent piece of kit, but (sorry to anybody who works/love NH) the lights are right old pussies
