Digit moves are tricky, but that's cause I guess I have wimpy fingers. Can't wait till I can do everything I can do with my lighter chucks.

I'm mainly twirling them cause I want to be able to firechuck faster and longer and these chucks are great for condintioning forearms and quickoning response time(quickining response time cause if you smash yourself in the head with these your a gonner. I don't even want to think about the first time I'll wack my funny bone with them)

dude, i whacked my funny bone and my kneecap with those chux. it hurts like hell. i do realize that weight on em is similar to firechux so i dont mind working on some of my basic / advanced level moves to get used to doing em for when i do get firechux. hey you should post a vid of you using these bad boys when you get a chance.

Just got my 12'' corded chucks from ninecircles yesterday.  They arrived in the states at my house only five days after I order them!  These chucks are beastly and have a great flow.  The wood and craftsmanship are top notch.  Getting a three string tie on these bad boys was quite the chore.  With paracord it would be nearly impossible to do a four string tie.  Overall, I love these nunchaku.  You should probably buy some.  :arg

I bought nunchaku from these guys as well, but I got the chained version. I'm gonna be picking up the rope version soon too though. You guys should try e-mailing Rodney Uhler from Nine Circles' USA branch. They have a US site and store, but nunchaku aren't listed on the US site. However, they will gladly get a pair from the UK store if you don't wanna deal with customs and whatnot.

Actually, what's kinda cool is Rodney Uhler goes to a dojo within like half an hour's drive from my house about 3 or 4 times a year, so I don't have to worry about shipping at all.

I don't do freestyle with my nunchaku, but I can definitely say these are excellent. They're nice and heavy, and hard too, like stone. The wood they use is just great. Nine Circles does not disappoint.
