i had a really bad wrist problem for a few days.
so bad that i couldnt move it at all,
i just stopped doing chucks for 3 days, and iced it.
its better now, although i still get the occasional shot of pain, i jsut stop for an hour and let it rest and it gets better.
stop for a 3 days period, and ice it for 3 hours a day, 15 minutes with the pack on, 15 with it off (so 3 hours with the ice pack on your wrist total. over a 6 hour period.) if possible.
