How do I download pictures in the forum

Anybody out there that can explain me or tell me were to find how to download pictures in the forum.
I got my Woodall"s Nunchuxs and Pro Chuxs right before Christmas. I have not post them because of lack of knowledge in how to do it.
I am not to savvy in computers like you can see. But not afraid to ask for help! Thanks in advance for any help.  Hope everybody had a great holiday.

Upload your pic to an online site, like picasa web albums, photobucket, etc, then copy the URL of the pic, and paste it between [img ]http://[/img ] (without the spaces)

I CHOSED THEM FOR MY OWN PERSONAL DEFENSE WEAPON AT HOME AND IN MY TRUCK. I CHOOSE TO BE JUDGE BY 7 THAN BE CARRY BY THEM IN A COFFIN. ONE NOTE: I CHOSE THE 4 ROPES SINCE I AM CONSTANTLY TRAINING HITTING B.O.B. (BODY OPPONENT BAG) AND A PUNCHING BAG FOR COMBAT TRAINING STRIKES. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THEM. WOODALLS MAKES THE BEST NUNCHUCKS OUT THEIR. ALSO HAVE A PAIR OF PRO-CHUXS MADE OF JOTOBA(BRAZILIAN CHERRY WOOD) THAT I PURCHASE FROM LEE BARDIN. REAL COOL DUDE!! ALSO GOT HIS 4 DVD'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
