So last night I finished my brutal metal chux I was stuck on for the longest times.

I had 2 10" pieces of 7/8" diameter stainless steel conduit, so I drilled some holes since I finally found the charger for my drill that was totally dead at the time, and after that I found some really soft plastic pipe and put a little bit of it inside each pipe so it'd hold a screw to pin the 3" chain connection, and after that I packet it full of scrap fabric (This is a method of weighting hollow chux I devised myself) and capped it off with rubber chair tips. Then I put some electrical tape on the top (To cover the screws) and the bottom (To hols the rubber tips in place).

Let me tell you..... Those things will eat you up if you try to do wristrolls too much, and if you make one little mistake with those things, it's Game Over.  They weigh like 2 freaking pounds lol.

So I think I'm gonna reserve those for strength training. Lol.

Actually it may be a good idea to have a heavy weapon for strength training, also endurance?
As long as the weight is not too extremely far from what you can actually resist.

Yeh they will be good for improving strength. I like to use heavy chucks for a couple of weeks then use my real light ones. Can go super fast.

They're not like massive Mjolnir chux or anything, they're just around 2 lbs. or so but they're still the heaviest chux I have.

I'll post some pics sooner or later, haven't exactly thought about carrying my camera here to upload pics, but I'll get it done.
