Nunchakumall.com should have aluminum ones.

But yeah most sites that sell nunchaku will sell you trash since 40% of the nunchaku made have defects. I'm about to open an e store selling nunchaku.. I have like 100 pairs in my living room that I've bought. The special thing about my nunchaku e store is that i promise not to sell any chucks with defects... which means I have to eat it when I recieve a pair that's defected... which happens a lot.

I'm going to try to get a bunch of chinese steel/aluminum and chinese LED glow chucks in too.  :thumb:

You have to make an account at nunchakumall to see the pics, but it's worth it. They have lots of awesome metal chucks.

swordsswords.com has some pretty sweet 202 stainless steel 10" chucks that I just ordered. They have the holes in them and what sounds like small bells to make (too much d*mn) noise while you are using them. Get passed that though, they make some pretty good chucks for under $20 and that's including shipping.

The 202 stainless isn't aluminum but they are super light (I believe close to the same weight as aluminum chucks) and I am assuming from my limited engineering experience regarding metallurgy of materials, stronger than aluminum. Real shiny and the t-swivel connection is my favorite in my collection.

I would recommend nunchakumall too but I got a quote on some chucks from them. They were a great price for some fancy stainless steel nunchaku but the shipping was $50 :|

Good luck!  :thumb:

Nunchaksmall the most part are of steel.
Maybe they try get more money on the shipping, should increase the original value.
Ive tried other chinese seller, and the shipping was very decreased.

Unfortunately not many  aluminum nunchakus being sold on the Internet.
See other materials is a lot easier.

Most aluminum nunchakus that i see have been were made at home.

I have a pair of Bruce Lee (V) from Nuchuckmall. They are realy nice. Shipping is pricy but they arrived in less than a week here in the US. I would recommend them. They are noisy for sure but you can always ask if they make any that are quite. I was hesitant to pay with western union because it is basically sending cash but I had no issues and nunchuckmall sends you emails to keep you updated on the status of your order.
