refer to the post from the first page:

for security and optimization, post attachment of pictures/files uploading is not for use anymore.

you can use other image uploading sites like picasa.com, imgur.com, imageshack.us, etc. to upload files. its faster from their sites.

to embed(auto appear) the image from the 3rd party image uploading sites, just follow the example:

[img ] www.imgur.com/srjgei35tc.jpg [/img ]      <---  just remove the spaces

if you wonder what happen to your imageshack.us photos, the company just changed the site without warning, that all images from their old servers are now inaccessible by their default address. you can still, however, see all your images when you login to your account via imageshack site.

... I guess we'll use imgur.com instead and do not rely too much on free image hosting sites ...
