i would like to ask if this is about getting fit ang healthy or getting your body in good shape?
about being fit.. i had friends who is a mountain climber, does much excercise but she's still physically fat. it is more on targeting the root point. if you want to have a body with good shape, you may need an abs workout and use a garterized body band. some weight lifting will curve your specific part of the body which you intended for improvements. and, never again do the old habits of eating. it is more on "sacrifice" little by little until reached the point where you dream to be you. just like smoking, it can only be beaten(in severe cases) if slowly breaking th old habits. mat require some psychological approach.
if about health, eating high fiber food and doing muay-thai excercise and eliminating the eat of junk foods and soda drinks. but this is not for severe cases, this is only to maintain your current you.
