Who makes the best ballbearing chain?

Does anyone know who makes the best (smoothest) ballbearing chain assembly?   I have seen one on the internet for about $4 but the diameter in around 1", i would like a smaller diameter ballbearing so i can make a set of chucks for my 9 year old and my 6 year old.

hello! I only knows who makes the ball bearing (or a sealed bearing), but I dunno who makes the connector kinda bearing for nunchux..
