If you see words or innitials on the forum and you don't know what they mean, post it here and someone will explain them for you.

does anyone have a glossary of freestyle chucking terms?

there's a whole notation I use in calisthenics that makes it so much easier to document footage/ideas/etc., and I'd love to know if there's anything like that for chucks

I know 'clutch' and 'wrist roll' are terms, reverse grip, etc., but what are all the others? I'm kind having to come up with my own right now

e.g., when I want to remember combos to practice...
LH r-hip bnce. LtR BtB pass, RH l-tri bnce, RtL pass to r-grip, r-hip bnce, l circle, overhand WR. etc.
(left hand has the chuck, bounce off right hip, pass behind-the-back to the right hand, right hand bounces off left triceps, pass to left hand in reverse grip, bounce off the right hip, circle to the left in order to get an overhand horizontal wrist roll, and so forth...)

I would hope that every motion has a standard name that would make it easier to document what you saw someone do in a video, or what you want to do (it's the only way I can be sure I don't forget certain things I like).

like, what's it called when you circle out of clutch and bounce off the rear delt/triceps?
