Here are my new home-made chucks !
67steph67 design  :-D (black, red and grey/white are the colors of my logo^^)


/1\
PVC + cord



/2\
Hard aluminium + cord



/3\
Wood + chain + grip



/4\
Wood + chain + grip + kevlar

 

Now, i can change my old home-made  :-P
What do you think ?
I will do a guide to build them(1 for the aluminium and PVC and 1 for the wood normal and fire), are you interrested in ?

Holy Smokes!  :whahaa :whahaa Sweet chux dude  :arg :arg I like them all but favor the hard aluminum one. but I wonder what is the black things at the bottom of your chux, except the fire ones? :) sweet handiworks, man  :respect: :respect:

It's just a grip i add; this grip is for tennis racket but looks really cool for nunchaku  :-P

Thanks Steph! Those grips would reduce damage it the chux fall down, I think.

It help that the chuck don't slip from your hand when the weather is cold  :lol:

Oh, and by the way, Steph, are those grips supplied at tennis store, or did you have to detach them from rackets :whahaa :whahaa (sorry if this is a stupid question, have no interest in tennis so never noticed once at sport stores)?

I just bought them in a sport store in the tennis part. 3 grips for 3€.

Mine is homemade too, wood (broomstick) with chain (Okinawa node). But I will prefer sticks more lighter...

great work steph, really really amazing nunchaku. the diy that we have been producing around this forum has been progressively been getting better over the past few months. my only concern is with those firechux. how long are the pipes, and how far away from your hand do those wicks come? it looks like you did not leave yourself a lot of room for maneuvering around the fire. anyway bro. keep it up!
