Okay so I bought a ball bearing and chain kit. It seemed self explanatory, but I noticed there's only one hole in the ball bearing head to stick the pin in. Does it work this way, or do I have to drill another hole in the other side. http://www.awma.com/dsp_LargeImage.cfm?imagename=1098&producttitle=Nunchaku%20Ball%20Bearing%20Swivel%20Kit that is the picture, the hole on the top doesn't go to the other side.

Never tried one, ive been wanting to give it a shot for some homemades.  I would guess it would work fine like that, personally....and I say this with my own personal thoughts(Wouldnt want you to mess up your product just in case) but I would make another hole, and maybe find a way to hook a cap to the pin on the other side.

You can place the caps all the way down to the lip of your chucks and then drill a new hole based on the position of the replacements. The new hole will be perpendicular to your factory hole (on your chucks) and you will drill through the side of the caps. Electrical helps to stabilize this. Its a hassle, but You will only have to do it once.

You can also try sing one hole just make sure to secure it with electrical tape. Its risky though.

Ive been meaning to make a tutorial about this for a minute.

Okay thanks guys. Only one hole to connect the swivel to the baton to make it clear. This seems a lot harder than it seemed :um: I'll be on the lookout for that tutorial and I'll try out what you suggested. thanks for the help.

I did a tutorial on how to do the chain, but if it's a tension pin then same same.
Check it. Get a vice to steady the batons whilst you do it.
