Here is what I came up with trying to eyeball Chuckamo's DIY bag topic.  I know his looks a whole lot better than mine, but this one is perfect imo.  Perfect fit(Although it could use another half inch in length.)  I like the cord that closes it cool.  It has a double square knot tied to the rope going through the bag, so it works like a clasp/slide lock.  He has a sewing machine so his looks much much cleaner than mine, but for know its usability over looks.  For now its my on measurement, 14" x 7", with nylon closing rope.  Comments people!?!?

Hey TuKongChucks just read my email, sorry it took awhile to respond... I've been busy knitting lol... jk
You did a great job, very snug fitting, cool handy work, looks heavy duty too, liking the clasp lock!...  :2thumbsup:

The  12inch chux pattern I use is 19" x 11" then after all the folding and cutting it turns out to be 14"x4"  and for the 14" chux just add 2" to the length. I leave the width wide because most chuxs are different sizes etc.  However most times if I'm making the bag, it turns out in random sizes lol...   The best size is a custom snug fit like yours, great job.  :thumb:

I have no sewing video, if I had made a sewing vid it would be pretty funny I think, just with my Texas accent alone! :-D

Thanks for responding Chuckamo  :thumb:  I ended up doing 14" x 7" and thats how it turned out after cutting off the oversized seam length.  Its really nice, I like the snug fit, I just wish I could got about an extra inch in length.  Thanks for the info on what lengths you use.
