If you keep it that way,you wont live long.trust me.
2 hours is more than enough. When i practice im serious.and i dont need more than 1 hour and a half per day.
whent it comes to chucks.
i play like 10 mins per day.everyday
i just insist on some moves. :thumb:
When i practice i am also very serious.
i run through my forms at the highest level i can 20 - 30 times in a row.
My nunchaku freestyle for an hour or two
then i spar for about an hour.
and run through my forms and nunchaku/other weapons as a cool down
and through out all of that push ups and sit ups.

:lmfao: living long isn't the goal becoming the best martial artist i can be is the goal.  :chuck:
Without ALL of us together, we wouldn't be nearly as strong, or learn as much. But together, we change the history of everyone we meet. Together everyone has a huge impact.

I do some form of training every day of the week. I spend 2 hours at the dojo 4 days a week, then practice at home for at least an hour on the other days.

usually train 4 days a week ninjutsu, the nunchakus usually catch the weekends for a while, I have little free time in the practice of my future work, when finished will train more practices if I can
