I like it i think you should take off the tribal pattern on the bottom left of it, it's not needed in your gfx everything should have a purpose

the award is looking very nice P I would suggest a yang and yin simbol as we know the sticks are full of both and can be an infinite number of tools so I would also try to incorporate that aspect. and I would also add that you are doing a great job thanks a bunch. keep up the good work.
