Probably a very stupid question, but what makes Chuck off different from a tournament like the world cup?  :? Hope I don't offend someone with this question :)

No problem Hannah ^^

Chuck Off have categories that you can choose enjoy. Except "Directors" and "Warrior" all the rest you have to make everything with one take and without image edit while chucking ^^ Each category has own rules and the max time to use.

In the cup are used in max three minutes. For single or doubles, the two most popular in CO, are two minutes.

The theory behind the World Cup and the Chuck Off is that the World Cup is the tournament where you show all you can do, and how is your freestyle, in order to show your improvements, or to just show that you are doing freestyle. The Chuck Off is the instance where you can show pure skills, and it is more technical. In the practice, the difference is with the rules (the biggest difference is in "video with no cuts"), and also that in the Chuck Off you can enter in all the "skill categories" that you want (with different videos), and in the World Cup you can only make 1 video.
