my first home-made stainless steel nunchaku

hi, i'm here because i want to introduce my new stainless steel nunchaku 







let me describe:
STAINLESS STEEL BATON-NUNCHAKU beta
physical
width : 3/4"
length : 30 cm each
weight : 400gr

can be joined into one stick... i'm making it around 6 USD (Rp. 50rb)
total time of working : +/- 3 hours

still tested, and used for perform once. i had a chains myself, so I didnt buy chains. the chains looks like fragile, and i'm inthe search for the good chains.

please comment, i accept advice, because it is'nt complete 100% yet

The only think i think is missing to be 100% complete is you protect the top of sticks, for dont hurt you ^^
But this nunchaku looks very good

thanks for the advice ^^ btw this is my best nunchaku ever.   not even good at looks, but also playing with it is very good too (sorry my english is broken)

and i think its very cheap for a baton nunchaku, maybe you must create a tutorial also explanation to create it, so it will be beneficial for people who want baton but doesn't have much money

i think the material is cheap, but tools operating maybe is the expensive thing... like welding, making the hole...

i'm still in the search of mini, strong chains that fit the hole...

maybe someone can help?

Wow, very impressive. Obviously you must be welding the parts together, yes? If so, I bet you could make some really good Chinese style chucks.

this is the result of all of work of mine, except for the welding i'm going to steel shop... stainless steel welding is 2,5 USD (in Rp. 20.000) each nunchaku... because i can't weld with the carbide >.<

my english is broken... sorry.

i have tried that nunchaku myself, it's pretty good, the chain needs replacement with a better one tho

lol that's my project before this... i made it from steel pipe that used for my house plumbering... it is so heavy-weighted, and it's looks like teribble too, but the total money I spend is just 1 USD for buying chains and the nuts/bolts.... (i'm not welding those, i just made a curve exactly like the pictures shown below)
