Fraid i dont realy have any tutorals but one of the reason i put the slow mo bits in (apart from it looking cool) was so it was easyer to see what im doing best bet is to use my ideas video and figure out the moves from that the core set of contact moves are in that video and the ones that arn't are variations of those basic contact moves  :thumb:

you might also want to get some long and hevey nunchucks with a very short chain that helps alot

As always...

Amazing and inspirational!

Are wrist rolls more difficult with the shorter chain?

Moves adapted from contact staff - normally where the nunchaku make complex, multiple rolls around parts of the body without being caught in the hand.

Example - the SNS - the nunchaku roll around shoulder, neck, then other shoulder before being caught.

I'm working on the conveyor belt - the nunchaku roll around bent elbow, forearm, wrist, then other elbow before being caught

good explination kriztov :)

and no wrist rolls are just as easy with a shorter chain but you will need to take some time to retrain your self to use the shorter chain.

however once you've got the hang of that inital ajustment there no harder

Yup. I needed to train some minutes first until my first wristroll could be done  :-)

Awesome! I'll try switching out my chains after this weekend's performances and start learning :)
