They are my first nunchaku ever, so i have nothing to compare them to. This is only my second day chucking and my third to freestyle forum. The nunchaku were made modeling the chux that Bruce Lee used in the classic "G.o.D." movie, except they're made from hard maple... not rubber. you can tell that a lot of work went into these, they are made by a man, not a machine. They hurt real good! (Already popped myself 3 times :doh). I got them from woodall custom workshop (https://host254.ipowerweb.com/~customwo/osCommerce/catalog/index.php ). I recommend them highly. I plan on getting a chain linked pair of the African Blackwood Oct. chucks soon, but first i need to research chain length. The cord on the G.o.D. chux were traditional long, I think i'll go with the short chain. They are very customizable.

Hey All,

Thanks for the great compliments about our Game of Death Nunchaku.  You might like to know we have made yet another replica of Bruce Lee's Nunchaku from the "Way of the Dragon" movie.  It is now available at our web store. :bigdance:

Another note if you order say 2 of the same Nunchaku they will be equally weighted.  If you order them months apart then you have a greater chance of them not weighing the same.  This is due to the fact that they might come off a different log.  Each log has different weights depending up where in the log the wood is cut from.  The heartwood is heavier than the outside of a log.

Thanks again....If you have any questions I am always available at sales @customcustomworkshop.biz.

I want some of those. Why do yours look faded in that pic? I want to make sure that if I get some they are the same color they show on their website. How heavy are they compared to my Us?
