I needed to re-string one of my graphite sets, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to film it.

This time I went for a one-cord slip set-up, with a boot lace.

Lol using bootlaces - and those asparagus chucks you did before - I think if anyone on these forums got stuck in the forest and had to fight off a pack of bears using only things from those woods, you'd have the easiest time of it.  I mean that in a good way  :-P

Once again K shows why he's the man! That tutorial has been needed for ages! Great idea man!

Chris you definitely know how to harness the flow. I can't wait for your next freestyle. The one at the end was a tease.  :-)  :respect:

Cheers guys. I kept meaning to do a stringing vid, but never had my camera around when it needed doing.

I wasn't really sure which method to do for the vid either, but the one-cord slip is one of the cleanest, so I went with that.

I'll try and do a proper three-cord traditional method vid some time too.

This would've been useful a while ago when I was trying to restring my oak set with shoelaces too. That was before I got my graphites and nylon string. Then I did got lucky and did the beastick method really well on the graphites and they seem near indestructible now. :)

I want to get some stringing method info on the wiki, too, so I hope to see some more info about this stuff in the future! Maybe I'll do a beastick tutorial using those oak ones sometime, since they still remain poorly strung.

restringing the chux even in lowlight. It looks/sounds easy but i know the actual part is the onus. Now I know where to find another version of chux Stringing. Thanks bro.  :thumb:

Haha asparagus chucks! They'd not work unfortunatly. They were brussel spout stalk chucks. :)
