Chain Metal nunchaku

Once i made (with help) a pair of nunchakus, of metal.



The pipe was just a metal pipe, a bit rusted, and the chain was a normal chain of 7 links.

The chain was solder to the pipe, like this:




And in the end of the pipe i add a cork from a wine bottle, so it doesnt have cutting edges, like this:


The black paint is an special painting for rusty, that stop the rusting, and also eliminates what it have (you can find it in any hardwork store)

I think that the best idea you can use is the cork end, very usefull!

The overall weight of each is 680grs, a bit heavy, but excelent for training!

lol, yeah, they are a bit dangerous, but for a relax freestyle they work great! the speed is a bit slow, but when i use another nunchaku right after them, i feel the lighter nunchakus flying!

The only thing i cant do with them is the wheel  , but the rest is great!

Also i need a looong time to get use to them

From the pictures they almost look like industrial style black rebar chucks with chains welded on them.
