Hi. Jonathan Leitman here introducing myself.  I spin poi decently, so I decided to expand into nunchaku and staff.  I've been having fun with the chucks, and I can do two decently because of the overlap with poi.  Just a quick intro.  Later.

Hi Jonathan!

Great to have you on here. Maybe you can help me with my poi -> nunchaku transferance dificulties.

I've been trying to do a 5-beat weave with chucks, and failing.
I've been trying a behind the back weave with chucks, and failing.

In fact, all I've managed to translate is 3-beat weave, 3-beat backwards, turning between the two, butterfly, and corkscrew.

Then I busted one my pair of matching chucks, so no more poi-chucking untill I can afford another set...

If you can make a vid for us of whatever poi moves you've managed to translate, that would be awesome.

Laaaaaters.
