Hey everyone iv'e just started using the nunchaku and i'm finding it very challenging. But i was wondering if you could help me with two things:
1. Is there a quick and fluent move of changing grips from fronthand to backhand and visa versa.
2. how to do wrist spins, i have studied the pictures on this forum but after one spin it over.
Any help would be much appretiated!!

a wrist spin does change from front to backhand if you go over the back of your hand...

as for number 2, practice practice practice  :greendude:

Hey there welcome switch! I had the same problems when I started so as Hairybiddy said its mainly just practise! And aswell as changing grips aswell as a wrist spin it's possible to do it by passes. I believe that Kriztov has made a good video with almost every pass in it from different camera angles.

hey Switch. I only started chuckin' a couple of months back and after watching the guys vids on here and putting in about a half hour a day (until i got a job) I picked things up pretty quick. Suprisingly quick I thought.  Just wait till you first pull off the continuos wrist spin. :-D

My one bit of advice to add to practice, practice, practice, would be to make sure that you train your weaker hand up along wioth your stronger one so it doesnt fall behind and you loose out on combo possiblities down the line.
