So, im thinking i want to give this staff one extra level of awesome - so that instead of breaking down into 2 knives, it breaks down to a single, bladed, nunchaku - the only think im not exactly sure of is what im going to use to anchor the chain inside the caps of the staff

anyone have suggestions, or attempted a project such as this before and know what would work wonderfully?  :?

Maybe you could try to drill a hole then screw the chain inside the caps, or weld it.

Airport loop wont work on that, coz the blades are too wide for the loop.

  • Life's not a trial, it's a trail!
You might try using a bicycle headtube star nut, they come in 7/8 and 1 inch diameter and may fit on the inside of the staff as a chain anchor.
