While im sorting out getting a pair of silverfires i had to make some chucks i couldn't bare waiting any longer to start chucking! So this was my attempt, they work spin nicely and feel comfortable but they look kind of crap i guess, i dont know the wood they are made out of, they are 12 inch batons and a 4.5 inch chord which is an airport loop.
I haunt weighed them since i finished them, but before they were too light they still are a bit light but they have gotten heavier, i have this leather tape kind of stuff for grip and the exposed wood and the chord are treated with wax. How could i improve them?

Heres some pictures:

sorry about the bad image quality i had to video record them and then screen print still from the video as i couldn't find the wire to connect my phone or my camera to the pc >.<

Good job! you should spin them awhile and then you will know what improvements you want.
1 improvement mite be a larger more pliable cord.
between stimulus and response there is a moment, in that moment you decide your future!

I agree with Danceswithsticks, I would totally change the cord.... it's scary to see how thin it is, and it can cuase an accident  :thumb:

Aside from that, it looks excellent! Good work!  :-)
