Hi guys,
I'm will make a new nunchaku soon, and I'm a bit stuck.
I found some nice color mixups, but i cant decide which one that is the best.
You can vote for your favorite :)

In my last DIY, i used this knot, and hide the knot in this way:

Does some of you have some other nice idears how to hide the knots, or just how to tie the cord in a different way?

I'd go for white but that's just a personal taste. Taped neon green maybe for a cheap version of glowchucks.
The knotting technique looks really nice. Maybe use a hot glue gun so the knot won't come out.
Some days ago I've seen a technique to use three strings as a connection, the tutorial can be found somewhere in the forum.

Okay, thanks for the vote :)

The cord i use is nylon or something like that. After I've finished the knot, i head it up with, so that the knot wont go up.
The technique with the 3 strings, was that with a hidden knot, or with visible endings?

Shönen abend noch ;)

one chux i did is i didn't tie the chord.. I left the cut end in a loop inside retrofitting the chord. You might consider burning both the chord end. I love the purple one, its pretty rare hehe.

I will remember to burn both end, + burn the knot, so it sticks in place :)

I also considered another way to tie the the cord, so that you only need to drill the two "main holes", and then use splits to hold the cord. In this way you have 4 cords between the two sticks.
Is this the way Prochux are made?

Thx for your comments and votes so far :)

Done.
I will upload some pictures of the process.
Unfortunately, the white cord i would have used was to thick, and therefore i had to use the green cord, that i also use in my GoD nunchuck.
I also added some metal things in the holes.

DIY will be uploaded soon  :chuck:
