Not for the beginner. The first minute explores all the different types of X-Catches(minus the square catches) and the exploration of a linear moving X-catch. My brain twisted into a pretzel a few times, but I eventually got it. I also explore the horizontal/vertical X-Catch combinations and a full rotation X-Catch (where you do the regular and then spin it into the inverse).
The second part is further explorations of Sym-X (or symmetrical crossings) which is when the nunchaku are thrown and each end crosses into each other symmetrically. Sym-X to reverse catch Sym-X. Also a sym-x to btb catch.
