I had come across a pair of Dolans U swivels on eBay, and bid on them. Within 24 hours eBay removed the listing. Now I'm trying to get in touch with the seller to do a private transaction. These chucks are hard to come by, and I am not giving up easy!

Sometimes I really hate eBay.
Wish me luck.

Ps:  anyone with Dolans to sell, contact me, I have cash...

The one pair of Dolans I do have originally came from Aerialist. I think he may have got them from Damien Romero in California .

Yeah, I have looked alot at the Woodalls replicas. They seem pretty nice, but I am not a big fan of the rivet they use as the pivot. On Woodalls facebook page they have a photo of a replica u swivel they made with a wood screw instead of the rivet. I'd like that better.

But ebay still sucks. I almost had a sweet pair of octogon U swivs. The seller has not contacted me as of yet, so keep your fingers crossed for me.

I don't know if this helps your situation any, but if you're just in the market for u swivels, you can always get those 9" metal u swivel chucks they sell everywhere and tape the u's off and put them on homemades.
