It's been a while since I posted my last nunchaku video of myself practicing; I think my last one was sometime in the summer?  Anyways, here's how far I've gotten with my training.  Forgive me for looking a bit sloppy and dropping so much, it was late and my arms got tired very fast haha XD

Tell me what you think and give me some feedback!  Don't hold back because I'm thinking about doing freechaku for the largest event at my school and I need to get better for it!

Nice moves bro! *O* That's pretty cool, I saw something amazing, I'm gonna watch the video again to see if I can try the trick by myself ^.^

I can't do most of the things you do, but since you're asking for some help for you event, I can suggest you 2 things:

1.- Don't look down, don't look down! You're a warrior, let everybody know that you're proud of that, and the body language is really important for that.  :thumb:

2.- Have you tried some tricking? This is simply an idea, I haven't tested it yet bacause I have no enough space to try it, but I thought, for those situations when you drop you nunchaku, instead of simply crouching to recover it, you may do a butterfly twist (for example) and taking the nunchaku back from the floor. It will look awesome that way, and maybe people will think that you dropped the nunchaku on purpose.

That's everything I could say! Hope it helps, have fun!  :thumb:  :happy-firey:

Thank you very much for your tips!  I've noticed too that my body language is not very strong, probably because I'm naturally a more quiet and reserved person, but I am trying very hard to correct my posture such as standing straight, looking forward, and not always keeping my hands really close to my body!

As for tricking, it's crossed my mind a couple of times, but I have no way to practice, and I am very afraid of falling and breaking something because I broke my ankle trying to do a fancy kick.

Thank you for you kind words!  I am trying very hard and practicing when I can!
