 -Hey best Friends,
 Nowdays Im training again even hard winter season.I feel outside in cold weather training is not often easy. Before you take the nunchaku in hands ; training some whurm-  up technix in    free hands is very usefull for a good rithm.
i feel really the speed of of my muscles and the voice air.
And some stratching technix with bo-staff give good form for your muscle and prepare them for a good start.

So, thas anyone have  a suggestion for those videos.
I don't know, how start your  preparing for a training ? :box:

Hey, as a beginner I was pondering this as well.

Ken Hill in his Nunchaku Tricks video series showed some really good stretches for the wrists. I feel like this is pretty important for longevity and avoiding injuries. On top of that just stretching out generally the shoulders is a good idea. I feel like this is pretty important fo

When first starting to chuck, I generally feel its a good idea to start with slower and simpler movement before doing complex tricks and going faster. I've noticed I drop a lot at first if I go full tilt to begin for example...
