Cool man, nice video. I think if you put the fig-8 into the freestyle it would make it a lot better as well. Try some aerials as well.

i would like but you see i just can train it when i am outside but here in belgium it's like 3-8 ° outside

and i dont like to train in the cold. so i when one day it's more sunnier i will do a vid with more aerials.

Nice video! I loved the left hand work, it reminded me that I really need to learn to use my left!
