    • its my facebook yo...
very cool! i cant wait untill they post the new stuff (for all i know they have already) but i like what sean was describing in vid two about how you can get the lights and then get multiple types of connectors. it would be nice because i poi as well and rather that having to buy the flow poi and the flow chux i can use the same LEDs on both and just get the respective conectors. awesome find!

:-( I should have bought a pair of flowchucks instead of my padauks...about the same price and SO cool...

Oh well, live and learn.  That's great that their service is top-notch; the flowchucks look kinda easy to break, so if they have a replacement policy, that should really come in handy.

They seem pretty flexible, so unless you're aiming to break bricks with them I think they'll last a good while ...as I heard

The new flowchucks totally rock.  The caps I got were tight as freaking hell, but I love that.  Because I had the same problem...  Old caps flew off, shattering the alien glow tubes. haha.  FLowchucks 2.0 rock the house.

Getting a pair for my birthday. 2x spirit + 2x water II. I predict that it will look good. I hope it will, at least. :)

awesome man i know youll love um. just be sure when u order they r the new models cause i dont think they've updated to these on the site. i dont think u can go wrong with any of their color combos though. see if u can get some http://www.flowtoys.com/product.php?productid=23&cat=7&page=1 cause if your practice moves that r too rough the lights will break after maybe 400 falls onto tiled floor, the first thing that usuallyhappens is an led may come off. but with the warrenty and customer service u wont have to worry. oh and also if your not sattisfied with the wiegh you can get these http://www.flowtoys.com/product.php?productid=22&cat=26&page=1

oh and happy bday be sure to post a vid once u get them.

I got them! Fantastic. I love 'em.

Somehow I two of the light stuck in one of the tubes, though. It would not come out whatsoever. I guess it's because the rubber part on the top cap on the inside of the tube cushions the top of the flowlight, and one of them got stuck there. I tried using one of my other flowlights to latch on, but the two stuck ones were just out of reach. I was trying to find little household objects that might be able to latch on to the bottom of the second flowlight so I could yank it out. I finally found a random small key that did that trick. But I was rather worried and it seemed that the lights stretched the tubing a bit.

And I made some quick poi leashes and spun a bit with just a couple lights. It looks good, but was a bad idea. When they clashed, one of the flowlight shells got a bit damaged (the plastic split). It's not very noticeable and didn't hurt the functionality at all, but I'm annoyed that I damaged them on the first day. I won't be spinning them outside of the tubing again.

On the plus side, I did figure out that if I record the Flowchucks using the Beastick detachable method, I can easily convert them to Flowpoi Duo whenever I want. Pretty sweet. I should've ordered a pair of leashes (which are $10) for this, but it's not a big deal to just use some regular nylon and do it myself.

@qwertycoder: How did you connect the flowlights to the caps? Mine don't seem to work like that.

if you didnt ask for the newer models when u bought them then u must have the old ones email them and see what they have to say. oh and on the one that split do a little superglue on it because if you spin it wounded  it will begin to get worse and cut off during a spin.
