It's just my point of view about somes nunchakus from nunchakumall; hoping that it makes you want to test some Chinese nunchaku  :-P
All theses nunchakus are from nunchakumall : www.nunchakumall.com

About the order in general :
The nunchakus are generally very good and for a good price !
The send (China to France) was taken as one weeks; the two time i ordered over there.

Only small defect, a nunchaku had an impact during the trip  :-(
but it was a matter of transport i think.

For now, I havn't found a better nunchaku elsewhere.
And since I became a fan of Chinese nunchaku

Quote
Bruce Lee nunchaku (V) :
length:28CM
chain:19CM
weight:350G
dia:24MM
price:$20.00

Comments :
The first Chinese nunchaku I had.
this nunchaku is balanced and makes a nice noise. It's my favorite one i have from nunchakumall !
Its weight, its diameter, its attached ... everything is as it should.
He has two rings on the chain; I never knew if it changed something, but it's nice^^

Quote
Bruce Lee nunchaku(IV) :
length:28CM
chain:18CM
weight:250G
dia:25MM
price:$8.00

The second with impact :'(

comments :
It has a low weight but it's really fast !
I've ordered two, but unfortunately one had a big impact during the trip :(    (I managed to remove a little this impact by pressing a bar in the stick of the nunchaku)
The only thing I don't like a lot is the attachment; I wonder if the friction of the chain will not damage the chain on the sticks :S
But it's still a good nunchaku, really fact and do a nice noise too.

Quote
Bruce Lee nunchaku(II) :
length:28CM
chain:18CM
weight:340G
dia:22MM
price:$10.00

comments :
Same type of attachment that the "Bruce Lee nunchaku(IV)".
He has two rings on the chain which do a nice noise again^^
But i'm not really fan of this nunchaku. It is nice, but if I compare to each other, I find it not so well.

Quote
Bruce Lee nunchaku (VI) :
length:28CM
chain:18CM
weight:370G
dia:22MM
price:$20.00

comments :
I really like this one !
It is heavier, but it also looks more resistant.
The attachment looks nice; I really like train my stikes with this one.
Again, it does a pretty little noise  :-D

Quote
Bruce lee nunchaku(VII) :
length:28CM
chain:19CM
weight:250G
dia:22MM
price:$10.00

comments :
One of my favorites with the "(V) and (VI)" !
Same type of attachment that the "Bruce Lee nunchaku(VI)".
It has a low weight and a good speed.
Again, it does a pretty little noise  :-P

Quote
colorful Aluminum Nunchaku :
length:28CM
chain:13CM
weight:140g
Material:light Aluminum
price:$4
color: silver

comments :
It has a really low weight and it isn't really resistant; Avoid to beat it at something with this one.
I order two of these one; really like to work my doubles with thoses.
For 4$, i think it's good ! it also  does some noise ^^

Quote
glow nunchakus :
length:29.5 Cm
chain :15.5 Cm
weight:180g
color:green
price:$26

comments :
It is perhaps a little too light, but really like to use this one on some occasions.
Its attachment is good and the system for light is really nice; the batteries are easy to find in market ;)
no noise for this one

My favorite of theses nunchakus : Bruce Lee nunchaku (V)
I strongly advise this one if someone wants to buy a nunchaku from nunchakumall  :-)

Remember that this is only my point of view
Note that all the nunchaku Chinese have a long chain; some love it, not the other.
That's all about theses nunchakus

You do not need to leave your room.  Remain sitting at your table and listen.
Do not even listen, simply wait.  Do not even wait, be quite still and solitary.
The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice,
it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.

Thanks for the comparison! There are so many of them that I was confused trying to figure out the differences. I may buy one of the V set soon, then (or maybe one of the new Ti01 set)!

I have a set that look alot like these only less shiny. I just love how I can easily adjust the length practically on the spot by lifting the caps that secure the pins holding the chains. It's true about not wanting to wack stuff with these though, they tend to dent easily and the scratches are well noticeable. They handle pretty well and are pretty smooth for a chain to pipe set. These're actually the ones I used in my world cup entry this year :-)

1/ You should contact the admin to tell him your order; It may therefore give you the total price (including postage).

2/ Then you must pay into an website online; but unfortunately they have just changed the site to pay...
Before, I was paid by "moneybookers", but now they use "Western Union" and i don't know how use this one for the moment...

3/ Once the transaction is made, it is sufficient to provide your contact information so that he can send you the package.

The only thing that may seem difficult, it's to use "Western Union" for pay
all informations you need are here; http://www.nunchakumall.com/forum/index.php?board=3.0

Do the metal rings inhibit freestyle in any way? I'm tempted to put some on my if they make it noisier.

No problem for me; the rings inhibit nothing.
But it's not the rings which do the biggest part of the noise, this is something in the sticks of the nunchaku

I ask a proffesional from the company who invented this 2 ring system on nunchakus. He told me that the 2 ring helps to controll the grasp. It prevents that you get stuck to the chain when you doing rolls.

I will order 3 nunchakus from them (not from nunchakumall).
The soundeffect comes from inside the sticks, they added something into it. I will custommake one without the stuff inside and without the 2 rings, use to practise at night. Don´t want to annoy my neighbours
I will write a review when I got it. I´m a nunchaku beginner, so take my comments lightly. Thanks.

Sorry If my english sometime sucks.

Ohh heej svensk! Hur sta det till? Jag Rob (bjorn skjorta). :ninja:

I've used chucks with rings before... they just... get in the way, I hate it.

They don't "inhibit" they're just annoying, when I do wrist rolls I like feeling the chain rolling around me, all secure feeling... not rings slipping and sliding around like I don't have a good grip on them.

In each stick, there are 3 batteries and 1 coin. And you have a "thing" you can screw to close at the end.

that you can put there :
1/ empty

2/ add the 3 batteries

3/ add the coin

4/ add this "thing" to close the end^^

5/ screw this thing :d

to lit the glow-nunchaku, you just need to screw a little more this thing to close at the end^^

And to turn off, you just need to unscrew this thing a little.

About the attachment; the first link of the chain are nicely blocked in the stick, no problem with these ones.

How much is shipping a pair of these nunchaku to the US, and how much is it to ship to New Zealand?
